Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance seeks a Building Support Services Plumber for Facilities Management at St. Marys Memorial Hospital. The position provides quality maintenance services, supports hospital equipment, and may involve travel to various sites. Work includes eight-hour day and evening shifts, on-call duties, and seven-day coverage subject to change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assigned maintenance services efficiently and effectively
- Inspect various systems and equipment regularly
- Troubleshoot hospital equipment and facility systems
- Perform electrical and mechanical work on hospital equipment
- Use automated work order systems
Requirements:
- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Ontario plumber Certificate of Qualification
- Minimum five years commercial, industrial, or healthcare experience
- Ability to meet physical requirements and travel between sites
- Experience with boilers or Building Automation Systems considered an asset
