Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations Drive design workshops and manage Core HR workstreams Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions Oversee deliverable quality and HCM module integration Mentor and manage junior or offshore resources Requirements:
Five to seven years of consulting Core HR implementation experience Multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations Experience with data conversions, integrations, and reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel up to fifty percent as needed Apply Oracle Cloud Core HR expertise, implementation leadership, and client advisory skills as Huron’s Manager in U.S. or Canada.
