Position summary: Huron Canada is looking for a Finance Lead to bring deep finance business acumen to Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations for manufacturing and automotive clients. - Requirements ownership: Own functional requirements definition for the finance workstream, translating business needs into a solution design.
- Design facilitation: Facilitate and document design sessions with client finance process owners and subject matter experts.
- Cross-functional alignment: Understand the cross-functional effect of supply chain and manufacturing transactions on financial performance and reporting.
- AI-enabled delivery acceleration: Direct the use of AI-enabled tools in discovery, requirements capture, test scripting, and user enablement.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management: Build and sustain trusted relationships with client finance executives, controllers, and process owners.
- Team leadership and delivery quality: Lead and guide internal and client team members through finance configuration validation, testing, training, and deployment.
Required qualifications:
- Canadian citizenship (required for this client engagement).
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the client location in the Toronto, Ontario area.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Direct, hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, or intelligent finance automation tools.

- Prior consulting experience at a systems integrator or professional services firm.
What makes you successful in this role:
