We’re working with a leading quantitative investment fund to recruit an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join its Corporate Project Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering technology solutions and process improvements across core corporate functions, including Finance, Tax, Compliance and Legal.

The role combines hands-on business analysis with end-to-end project management, making it ideal for someone who can translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions and drive delivery from initial discovery through to implementation.

Working closely with corporate stakeholders, internal technology teams and external vendors, you’ll assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies and gaps, define requirements and oversee the delivery of new systems, process enhancements and reporting solutions.

You’ll act as the key link between the business and technology, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, well-governed and delivered to agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include: Partnering with corporate functions to understand business processes, identify pain points and define opportunities for improvement.

Leading requirements-gathering workshops, mapping current and future-state processes, and producing clear specifications for business sign-off.

Managing the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery, go-live and business-as-usual handover.

Defining project scope, deliverables, milestones and dependencies, while proactively managing risks, issues and competing priorities.

Coordinating internal technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Providing clear, concise project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, decisions and key milestones.

Maintaining effective project governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What we’re looking for: Experience in project management and/or business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering technology or business change projects.

Hands-on experience with Workday, alongside familiarity with corporate systems such as accounts payable platforms and Docu Sign.

A solid understanding of financial and corporate processes, including AP/AR, payroll, invoicing and tax reporting, with an appreciation of how data flows between systems.

Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and the production of detailed functional specifications.

Experience managing cross-functional projects, working with technology teams and external implementation partners to deliver solutions within agreed scope and timelines.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, alongside Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, challenge existing processes and adapt quickly to unfamiliar systems or business areas.
