HFL's IT Systems Administrator supports the Director of Technology with daily operation, development, and maintenance of technology systems. The hands-on role emphasizes Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, SaaS platforms, and internal application development. It also supports Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, workflows, integrations, and automations. Reliable systems and service-oriented user assistance support HFL's mission and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, security groups, and permissions
- Build and improve Teams and SharePoint sites and workflows
- Configure and develop Dynamics 365 forms, views, and automations
- Provide hardware, software, connectivity, and application troubleshooting
- Set up and maintain Windows and macOS devices
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms and business software solutions
- Exposure to CRM systems; Dynamics 365 experience is an asset
- Basic networking, security, and IT best-practices understanding
