Key Responsibilities:
- Care for general and palliative patients with dignity

- Implement electronic documentation on the Meditech system

Requirements:
- RPN diploma from an accredited program
- Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years medical/geriatric experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities essential
