Key Responsibilities:
- Manage care for both acute and stable cardiac patients
- Conduct telemetry monitoring and coordinate care effectively
- Document patient care using computerized systems
- Engage in hospital committees and unit projects
- Oversee mentorship of nursing students and new employees
Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized RPN program
- Valid RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- Prior experience in acute care settings
- Strong organizational capabilities and commitment to excellence
