Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time Learning Services Assistant provides frontline service and administrative support. The position handles inquiries, supports registration, and assists Continuous Professional Learning, Work Integrated Learning, operations, and advising. It also coordinates office functions and supports faculty staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle in-person and telephone program information inquiries
- Provide clerical support across student services and operations
- Support students with registration and liaise with faculty
- Coordinate mail, couriers, supplies, and office organization
- Manage mailboxes, events, deliveries, and photocopier issues
Requirements:
- Two-year related diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing multiple tasks in busy offices
