As Senior Manager, FP&A & Operational Finance, you will partner with the Vice President, Finance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, profitability analysis, and operational finance across multi-site manufacturing operations. Your work will support performance, profitability, and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Lead management reporting and executive financial insights Partner with Operations and Sales on profitability improvement Oversee costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and accuracy Prepare capital plans, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations Requirements:
CPA designation and relevant accounting, finance, or business degree Ten or more years of progressive finance experience Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations Advanced financial modelling, Excel, ERP, and Power BI skills Collaborative leadership and influence across organizational levels Apply strategic finance leadership, profitability analysis, and operational expertise as Ice River Sustainable Solutions’ Shelburne finance partner.
