Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to escalations, disruptions, complaints, returns, and nonconformances

- Establish containment preventing shipment or use of suspect material
- Apply structured problem-solving and document objective evidence
- Conduct internal audits and support corrective-action closure
Requirements:
- Manufacturing troubleshooting and disciplined problem-solving ability
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and technical procedures
- Basic computer skills and electronic communication software experience
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Measurement-tool experience preferred, including calipers and micrometers
