This manager leads insurance brokerage and enterprise accounting operations through leadership, oversight, and strategic direction. The position oversees close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. It partners with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT, Internal Controls, and auditors to strengthen processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate accounting team members Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities Review reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis Coordinate audit requests and control assessments Lead process improvements and accounting automation opportunities Requirements:
Eight-plus years of progressive accounting experience Five-plus years of team leadership experience Strong US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls knowledge Advanced Excel and Generative AI expertise CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Apply accounting leadership, US GAAP expertise, SOX compliance, and analytical precision to support HUB’s financial operations.
