The Human Resources Business Partner supports Huawei Canada as a strategic HR partner. You will guide managers on HR regulations, policies, performance issues, and employee relations. The position also contributes to recruitment, organizational development, and HR program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute talent management and engagement initiatives
- Support managers with employee relations and performance issues
- Oversee local recruitment initiatives and recruiter progress
- Develop programs, procedures, and guidelines for HR priorities
- Analyze data supporting talent, performance, and compensation programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, or business
- Five or more years of HR Business Partner experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and practices
- Understanding of talent mapping, sourcing, screening, and selection
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
