Health Sciences North is seeking a Paramedial professional to provide assessment, treatment and support within a Home First transitional residential program for individuals with substance use disorders. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care from inpatient to outpatient settings and coordinate with addiction services and community agencies.
