Grow property management accounts across Southern Ontario as an Outside Sales Account Executive using field selling and CRM pipeline management. H&S is hiring a full-time, permanent Account Executive reporting into Vaughan, Ontario. You will grow existing relationships, re-engage customers, and create new opportunities across the purpose-built rental market. The role includes named accounts, clear growth targets, a written playbook, and field support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own named accounts with clear growth targets
- Win back accounts and open new core-market accounts
- Conduct head-office visits and building walk-throughs
- Run your pipeline and forecast through the CRM
- Work directly with H&S vice presidents in the field
Requirements:
- Three or more years of B2B field-sales hunting experience
- Experience opening doors, building relationships, and growing accounts
- Comfort managing long sales cycles and customer trust
- Valid driver's licence and regular Ontario travel ability
- Comfort running pipelines and forecasting in a CRM
