We’re seeking a hands-on Staff Dev Ops Engineer to own architecture, automation, and scaleout of our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
You’ll work closely with software engineers to deliver AI-ready, production-grade systems that are secure, resilient, and built for speed.
What You’ll Do
Architect, automate, and scale secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform .
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design production-ready AI/ML systems .
Monitor, optimize, and secure all environments for performance, uptime, and scalability .
What We’re Looking For: Experience
10+ years in Dev Ops, Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering (hands-on IC).
Startup experience (early-stage preferred).
Additional background at larger tech companies (e. g., Shopify) is a plus.
Deep expertise with GCP (compute, networking, storage, security) .
Proven experience integrating AI/ML systems in production .
Bonus: Founder/CTO background, or 5+ years at a successful startup.
Skills
CI/CD, containerization, automated testing .
Kubernetes expertise.
Distributed systems & cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Database & infra stack: Postgres, Turbopuffer, Open AI .
Platform telemetry, performance, scalability, uptime ownership.
