As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will understand assigned members' goals and support achievement through financial products and advice. The work includes consumer lending, mutual funds, account services, and introductory financial planning. You will also conduct outreach, refer members to experts, and follow up on satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify members' financial goals and provide advice and solutions
- Offer accounts, investments, lending products, cards, and registered products

Requirements:
- Five or more years' advisory financial industry experience
- Customer care or customer service experience
- IFIC licensing and mutual funds sales experience

- Personal Financial Services Associate or Certified Financial Planner designation, or progress toward either
