You will maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, manage invoices, and support reporting activities. The assignment also includes occasional customer service, sales, and cash reconciliation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, coding, sales tax, and payments
- Prepare customer invoices, post payments, and follow up accounts
- Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and processor accounts
- Support month-end reporting, HST/GST preparation, and year-end documentation
- Assist with customer service, sales, and cash reconciliation
Requirements:
- Two-plus years in accounts payable, receivable, or full-cycle bookkeeping
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
- Knowledge of Canadian HST/GST and account reconciliations
- Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups and filters
- Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and confidentiality-minded
