Cornerstone Maintenance Services, an Associa company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Victoria‐based team.
We provide general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and 24‐hour emergency response services for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with practical maintenance skills who enjoys problem‐solving and working in the field.

What you'll do
- Complete general building maintenance and repairs
- Assist with and perform renovations, including carpentry, drywall, water damage remediation, and door installation/repairs
- Diagnose issues and determine next steps
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Document completed work
- Represent the company professionally on site
- Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Participate in a rotating emergency on‐call schedule
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or similar hands‐on work
- Must have: Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem‐solving skills and adaptability
- Basic organization, time management, and documentation skills
- Willingness to provide a criminal record check
- Willingness to wear a company uniform
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Not required, but considered strong assets:
- Door installation and repair experience
- Red Seal certification

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 24‐hour on‐call shifts on a rotational basis
- Company vehicle will be provided
