We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our 4-star Hotel located in Montreal.
What will you be responsible for?
- Prevent, detect and repair any malfunction or damage in the hotel's facilities, ensuring their proper operation.
- Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficient use of resources and sustainability.
- Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring full compliance.
- Ensure compliance with current Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans.
- Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team, as well as external subcontracted companies operating in the hotel.
- Manage the spare parts and consumables storeroom, ensuring proper availability and inventory control.
What are we looking for?
- Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (electricity, HVAC, electromechanics, installations or similar).
- Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
- Proven and consolidated experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
