As Marketing Manager, you will lead hands-on marketing activities for Hosper Mortgage, a Toronto-based alternative lender. Your work will support lead generation, sales engagement, website initiatives, and marketing technology integrations. The role serves investors and mortgage brokers while supporting business development managers and investment sales account managers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing initiatives supporting sales and business growth Create targeted campaigns for investors and mortgage brokers Manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, sequences, and segmentation Monitor leads, campaign performance, and conversion activity Manage website content, updates, and development initiatives Requirements:
Three or more years of marketing experience Financial services marketing experience preferred Hands-on HubSpot email automation experience Experience with lead generation and campaign monitoring Strong organization, communication, and project-management skills Bring HubSpot, lead generation, and sales-support expertise to Hosper Mortgage’s investor and broker marketing programs.
