This permanent full-time Pharmacist 1 position supports Pharmacy Services within Horizon Health Network. The work includes developing pharmaceutical care plans, communicating medication information, and contributing to medication safety. The schedule includes days, weekends, and on-call periods, subject to operational requirements. English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client pharmaceutical care plans
- Implement and monitor pharmaceutical care plans
- Document and evaluate client care plans
- Communicate medication information to interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in pharmacy projects and quality initiatives
Requirements:
- Registration with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists
- License to practice pharmacy in New Brunswick
- Ability to attend work regularly
- Ability to perform position duties
- English essential language requirement
