Horizon Contracting Group seeks a senior leader to head the estimating function, shaping how we identify, evaluate and pursue work across regions and service lines. You will lead, coach and develop the Estimating team, manage capacity and bid strategy, and drive standards, tools and processes to improve accuracy and outcomes. You will collaborate with Business Development, Regional and Operations leaders, negotiate with clients and travel to meet prospects while ensuring smooth handoffs.
