Apply real estate accounting expertise as a Senior Analyst at HOOPP, working with Yardi, Oracle transfers, and complex property transactions. The Senior Analyst, Real Estate serves as a technical expert for Investment Management and external asset and property managers. You will resolve complex accounting issues, oversee monthly financial data, and review Analysts’ work. The position supports accurate reporting across North American and European investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record acquisitions, dispositions, and ownership changes in Yardi
- Review manual month-end entries and financial data
- Reconcile Yardi entries to the fund general ledger
- Guide and approve work completed by two Analysts
- Prepare audit working papers and financial statement notes
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Qualified accountant designation, CPA
- Five to ten years’ real estate operations experience
- Property or investment accounting experience
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bring Yardi accounting, reconciliation, and reporting expertise to support HOOPP’s real estate investment operations and partners.
