Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for assigned employers
- Develop and maintain relationships through regular meetings
- Provide training on administrative processes and responsibilities
- Resolve administrative issues collaboratively with employers
- Conduct educational presentations and individual member meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with pension plans
- Strong understanding of pension regulations and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated client service and relationship management
- Valid driver's license for travel across Ontario
