Own customer invoicing, cash application, and collections as an Accounts Receivable Finance Analyst with Compass Food Sales. Work across high-volume retail accounts and financial analysis.
This analyst manages the day-to-day accounts receivable cycle for Compass Food Sales. The work includes EDI, customer portals, deduction resolution, aging analysis, and month-end support. Additional responsibilities include sales, working capital, and inventory analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review bank activity and apply customer payments
- Manage aging, collection notes, and weekly updates
- Resolve deductions, chargebacks, and customer disputes
- Research claims through SPS Commerce and customer portals
- Support AR close and prepare management schedules
Requirements:
- Two to four years of related accounting experience
- Experience with EDI, SPS Commerce, or similar platforms
- Experience reconciling remittances and short payments
- Strong Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail in high-volume environments
