As a Customer Support Management Professional, you will support SPOT growth through Reactive Quoted Work processes. You will coordinate proposals, delivery, closeout, billing, and reporting. The position reports to the Senior Customer Support Management Supervisor and supports field service, sales, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support proposals for medium-high complexity customer opportunities
- Create SPOT quotes and estimates in Salesforce and CPQ
- Coordinate work orders, materials, subcontractors, and schedules
- Track Reactive Quoted Work progress and customer follow-up
- Monitor billing, closeout, invoices, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Completed post-secondary education
- Three years of relevant customer support experience
- Experience in sales, account management, estimation, or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar software
