The CPD Coordinator supports Honda Canada's Sales & Production Planning Department across automobile, motorcycle, and power products. This role administers associate purchases, fleet programs, company vehicles, and business purpose units for Honda Canada, Honda Canada Motors, and Honda Finance associates. You will manage inquiries, dealer communication, orders, invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle and MCPE product shipments
- Process invoices and related adjustments promptly
- Prepare and analyze monthly executive and KPI reports
- Enter orders, stock cards, and contract packages
- Communicate associate offers and pricing updates monthly
Requirements:
- Administration, business, or automotive-related degree or diploma preferred
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Valid G driver's license required
- Strong organization, time management, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
