As Director of Operations, you will oversee Securiguard's Healthcare Security vertical and lead Client Services Managers. The position focuses on trusted healthcare partnerships, service compliance, performance, strategic growth, and operational improvement. You will manage client relationships while guiding frontline service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Client Services Managers and frontline staff
- Manage Vancouver Coastal Health portfolio relationships and expectations
- Develop operational strategies improving service quality and client satisfaction
- Establish KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement
- Implement new business start-ups and transition plans
Requirements:
- Seven years managing operations, including three healthcare security years
- Healthcare security legislation and regulatory requirements knowledge
- CHPA designation attained or in progress with IAHSS
- Experience leading teams and managing many staff members
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's License and vehicle access
