Homewood HealthTM is searching for Occupational Therapists across Ontario in an independent contractor capacity. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in mental health therapy and experience with return-to-work facilitation. The focus is on creating actionable treatment plans that emphasize therapy and client recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client barriers to effective functioning and RTW
- Conduct therapy sessions following MHR program standards
- Implement CBT, MI, and problem-solving behavioral strategies
- Maintain communication with clinical staff for reporting
Requirements:
- Registered Occupational Therapist with certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health counseling
- Familiarity with CBT and MI methodologies
- Experience with Return to Work programs
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
