As Regional Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will support assigned locations under Corporate HSE. The position requires multi-site leadership, regulatory knowledge, training delivery, and root cause analysis. You will guide operations groups, strengthen safety culture, and advance sustainability through standardized programs and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Implement corporate health, safety, and environmental programs across North American locations Lead internal audits and monitor field activities for compliance Deliver HSE training and coach local leaders Analyze incidents, injury trends, and root causes Oversee environmental compliance, sustainability, and workers’ compensation activities Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a health and safety discipline Minimum ten years’ hands-on manufacturing health and safety experience Previous multi-site responsibility and Canadian and United States regulatory knowledge Experience with robots, lasers, electrical safety, fire prevention, and LOTO Ability to travel up to 30%; hybrid working arrangement Bring North American regulatory knowledge, manufacturing leadership, and analytical HSE expertise to ATS Corporation’s regional operations.
