Hollyburn Properties seeks a Resident Manager for its 45-unit, nine-floor Shannon Tower at 5976 Tisdale. The position includes relief coverage two days weekly at another portfolio property, with regular Sunday and Monday days off. You will manage tenant requests, rental administration, building maintenance, emergency procedures, and pool care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Enforce Residential Tenancy Act provisions
- Supervise building security, safety, and emergency procedures
- Manage rentals, paperwork, credit checks, and inspections
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and pool upkeep
Requirements:
- Ability to live on-site without pets
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Two years of related experience ideally preferred
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25–50 pounds
