Hollyburn Family Services seeks compassionate workers for its program homes. Successful candidates will engage with residents, address their health and well-being, and aid in their personal growth. You must have experience in attachment-based parenting or trauma-informed practices and be comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in assessments and goal-setting for individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with families
- Implement behaviour support plans with the Program Manager
- Prepare nutritious meals accommodating dietary needs
- Facilitate recreational and educational activities
Requirements:
- Minimum two-year diploma or equivalent experience
- At least two years experience with attachment challenges
- First Aid and CPR certification (training provided)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
- Must be 19 years of age or older
