The Sales Manager (West) reports to the General Manager and directs employees and agents across all product categories. This role develops sales targets, budgets, forecasts, and strategies while managing key customer relationships. Success requires progressive B2B sales management experience and strong analytical judgment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and support regional sales employees and agents Develop sales targets, margin objectives, and operating budgets Lead campaigns, national accounts, and regional sales strategies Build executive relationships and resolve complex customer issues Coordinate marketing, category management, and customer service activities Requirements:
Five to eight-plus years of progressive B2B sales management experience Experience working with employees, agents, and buying groups Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency with CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and B2B portals Ability to travel up to 30% across Western Canada Apply regional sales leadership, customer relationship management, and data-driven planning across Western Canada’s B2B markets.
