The Manager, Payroll leads operations and change projects for approximately 14,000 U.S. and 2,000 Canadian employees. This leadership role guides a Payroll team of approximately 16 employees and oversees regulatory compliance, tax administration, time and attendance, controls, reconciliations, audits, systems, and operational excellence. The position also owns payroll implementations, integrations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly U.S. and biweekly Canadian payroll operations Ensure accurate, timely, reviewed, reconciled, and compliant payrolls Coach the Payroll team and prioritize workload Review exceptions, variances, and high-risk transactions Drive standardization, automation, controls, and continuous improvement Requirements:
