Lead collision center operations at Gerber Collision & Glass with customer experience and team performance at the center of daily execution. The General Manager oversees day-to-day store operations while ensuring policies, procedures, KPIs, and insurance metrics are met. This leadership role combines budgeting, forecasting, coaching, production coordination, and quality standards. You will guide personnel and maintain alignment across the repair facility. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily collision center operations and repair facility personnel Manage operating budgets, forecasts, sales, profit, and expenses Coordinate production meetings, throughput, and delivery dates Review estimates, labor mix, capacity, and store CSI performance Maintain safety, equipment, facility, and WOW plan standards Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to motivate through coaching and management skills Bring collision repair leadership, operational discipline, and customer experience focus to Gerber Collision & Glass as General Manager.
