What you will do: As Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Responsible for management of daily operations on a construction site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule.
- Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and solve any issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management.
- You will mentor and guide field workers by modeling safe work practices and teaching the right way to complete tasks.
What makes you a great fit: You are an experienced Site Superintendent who manages both current and future projects, including extensive renovations at universities, municipal construction, and commercial facilities. You will bring 5-10 years of construction experience, demonstrated expertise in specific trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbing, and a certification from a recognized technical institution.
