A&W Grand Falls-Windsor is seeking a strong leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable restaurant General Manager to join the A&W team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Schedule and support employees
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and food safety
- Manage inventory, ordering and waste management.
- Help control labour and operating costs with various innovative initiatives.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure A&W standards and procedures are followed
- Work alongside the team during busy periods or when required
- Ensure proper cash flow and controls.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
