What you’ll do
Administer & Optimize
JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence.
- Create custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboards for leadership insights.
- Ensure security best practices across Atlassian platforms (access governance, encryption, backups).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident workflows and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Drive Agile and ITSM maturity through best-practice configuration and coaching.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and own the Atlassian roadmap.
What we’re looking for
3+ years as a JIRA/Atlassian Administrator in tech or service environments.
- Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, permissions, and automation.
- Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in security-sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify technical complexity.
