Dodds Garage Doors is seeking an HR Generalist to lead HR operations and full-cycle recruitment across our locations in Southern Ontario. As the sole HR generalist, you will own recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management, reporting to the President.
You will partner with service managers across branches to maintain an efficient HR system, ensure Ontario compliance, and drive continuous improvements in people practices within a growing organization.
