As a People and Culture Generalist, you will provide responsive, collaborative support across the Leadership Support Office and peopleCare LTC Homes. Reporting to the Director of Systems, you will contribute across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee records, and workplace relations. This Monday to Friday position supports consistent employee experiences through coordinated processes, accurate documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for Leadership Support Office positions
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, documentation, and Dayforce or ADP training
- Maintain employee records and support HRIS administration
- Coordinate training activities and maintain related resources
- Respond to People and Culture inquiries from leaders and employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- One to five years of Human Resources or administrative experience
- CHRP required
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
