Support pharmacy patients and partners at Hims & Hers through accurate service, insurance administration, and daily operations. Work Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
As a Pharmacy Support and Operations Associate, you will report to the Pharmacy Manager and support a modern pharmacy service. Your work will include patient conversations, order investigations, insurance processing, and warehouse organization. You will help recognize clinical queries and escalate them appropriately while supporting safe, efficient pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a pharmacy support contact for patient inquiries
- Recognize and escalate clinical queries to appropriate teams
- Apply conversation attributes and surface inquiry trends
- Gather order information for pharmacy investigations
- Support insurance billing, packing, and warehouse organization
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma
- Minimum one year of customer-facing experience
- Accuracy, initiative, and strong time management skills
- Verbal and written English and French proficiency
- Pharmacy or healthcare experience is an asset
