- Participate in testing, deployment, and support
- Resolve issues tracked in Jira effectively
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of technical support or configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of XML and FireLight platform
- Familiarity with SDLC practices
- Experience with Jira and Notepad++ preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
