Reporting to the Marketing Finance Manager, this Associate Manager supports chocolate, sweets, and seasonal brands. The role evaluates investments, assesses performance, identifies risks, and influences decisions supporting growth and profitability. It combines financial insight, analytical capability, and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly innovation business-case financials with Marketing and finance partners
- Evaluate brand P&L, pricing, mix, promotions, risks, and opportunities
- Translate performance drivers into decisions for Marketing leaders
- Lead Canada expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop reporting tools and actionable profitability recommendations
Requirements:
- Three to five years of progressive finance experience
- Consumer packaged goods or similar consumer-focused industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint fluency
- Strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities
