Drive customer satisfaction through inside sales and communication at Continental Chain & Rigging in Edmonton, AB, working full time Monday to Friday.
This Inside Sales Representative supports prospective and current customers while coordinating orders, quotations, and correspondence. The position requires sales experience, strong communication, and organized follow-up. You will also assist Territory Managers and product supply functions within Hercules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current customers
- Enter orders promptly and communicate information to personnel
- Maintain accurate customer database information
- Support quotations and quotation follow-up activities
- Contact customers about products and services to meet call goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time
