This full-time position supports Herc Rentals by transporting, delivering, and retrieving assorted construction and heavy equipment. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with earlier starts and overtime based on business needs. You will operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles while maintaining customer service, paperwork, inspections, and equipment security. The work includes customer sites and Herc Rentals facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport, deliver, and retrieve construction and heavy equipment
- Inspect vehicles before and after pickups and deliveries
- Secure equipment using chaining, strapping, and blocking procedures
- Maintain delivery documents, paperwork, logs, and electronic records
- Report damage, delays, and accidents to branch management
Requirements:
- Valid AZ Licence with clean abstract
- Recent commercial driver's abstract
- Minimum three years driving a manual 53-foot flatbed
- Ability to load and offload heavy equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
