You will manage dental and medical office projects from concept through final design. Your work combines AutoCAD Architecture, space planning, technical drawings, and healthcare design. You will collaborate with clients, sales professionals, contractors, and an Architect to create functional, efficient environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create dental office plans supporting efficiency and patient comfort
- Develop schematic, construction, and permit drawings
- Coordinate equipment, partition, x-ray, electrical, and plumbing plans
- Complete Ministry of Health forms and permit applications
- Track projects and visit sites for measurements
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Design, Architecture, or related discipline
- Three to five years' related design experience
- Advanced AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture proficiency
- Strong Ontario Building Code knowledge, including barrier-free design
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
