Lead Canadian finance, reporting, and controls for Henry Schein One in a hybrid Surrey, BC role with one to two office days. As an experienced CPA-designated finance leader, you will oversee accounting, transactional finance, compliance, and reporting. You will guide a small team, strengthen governance, and partner with business leaders on growth and strategic decisions. The role supports Henry Schein One’s dental software business. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Canada’s accounting, reporting, control, and transactional finance function Deliver monthly, quarterly, budget, forecast, and KPI reporting Oversee SOX reporting, controls, compliance, tax, and statutory audits Lead finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and coach a high-performing finance team Requirements:
CPA designation with five-plus years post-designation experience Experience in SaaS or technology sectors Experience leading, transforming, and building accounting teams Senior leadership communication, presentation, and influencing experience Experience with US GAAP, SOX, IFRS, or local GAAP Apply your CPA leadership, financial controls, forecasting, and transformation expertise to Canada’s finance function in Surrey.
