Mining Maintenance Supervisors - Keno Hill Mine - 14/14 - FIFO + Camp - AB, YT, BC
Hecla Mining Company is seeking Maintenance Supervisors to join their team at the Keno Hill Mine, one of the highest-grade silver districts in the world.
This role supervises the Fixed, Electrical, and Instrumentation team, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance operations across both surface and underground mine areas.
Ideal candidates are experienced leaders with a strong background in mining maintenance and a commitment to safety and environmental excellence.

- What You’ll Need
- Journeyman Red Seal certification in an applicable trade
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground mining and processing maintenance supervision
- Significant experience working on CMMS systems
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Extensive and proven expertise in Electrical Code
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Superior communication with peers, supervisors, and management
- Pre-employment testing: drug & alcohol, blood lead, and audiogram
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
