Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations from initial report through resolution
- Review engineer reports and contractor scopes for accuracy
- Mentor peers and provide technical support
- Communicate effectively with insureds and vendors
- Participate in CAT response planning and evaluations
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in property claims adjusting
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellowship (FCIP) is an asset
- Strong construction knowledge and policy interpretation skills
- Proven ability to manage high-complexity claims
- Proficient in Guidewire, Microsoft Office, and Xactimate
