Lead North American credit ratings analysis from Fitch Ratings’ New York, Chicago, or Toronto office, applying sector expertise and financial modelling skills. As Senior Director, you will analyze, execute, and rate Industrials and Transportation transactions across the United States and Canada. You will report to the North American Team Head for Industrials or Transportation. The work includes research, credit evaluation, criteria development, and market-focused reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead ratings analysis, execution, and research on North American transactions Evaluate innovative credit structures and participate in criteria development Assess trends and communicate credit impacts through reports Analyze data and legal documents for published ratings Mentor junior Industrials and Transportation team members Requirements:
10+ years of North American corporate Industrials and Transportation experience Credit or underwriting approach development experience Excellent modelling skills and spreadsheet-based financial model familiarity Strong written and verbal communication skills Employee management experience and ability to meet tight deadlines Apply credit analysis, transaction execution, financial modelling, and leadership experience to Fitch Ratings’ Industrials and Transportation team.
